1. Very interesting video, but if I'm going to pay $135.00 for what is essentially a side salad.

the restaurant better have three Michelin stars.

I guess they changed the dressing recipe. Julia Child often said she had the salad, at Caesar’s, prepared by Mr. Cardini himself, and it contained Worcester Sauce, but no anchovies.
