4. Chicken parm sammies on hard rolls

Ground chicken, seasoned bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, 2 cloves minced garlic, chopped Italian parsley, salt & pepper

Form into patties, brown in skillet, flip over, pour in marinara sauce, simmer 10 minutes, top each Patty with a generous slice of fresh mozzarella cheese

Romaine lettuce and red onion salad

Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches for the guys.
