2. I hate radishes, too

But they turn out to be potato-like when they're cooked, with just a hint of the zing to make them a bit more interesting.

I not only have to follow low-carb, but also have a severe allergy to potatoes, of all things. I was nearly out of my mind finding a substitute, until someone recommended radishes. I thought like you did--no way, but when I cooked them, it was happy time for me.
