And I'm allergic to all of them. So those are right out.

As for the rest... Well, let's say I'm content with the more traditional pot roast. I've experimented with assorted ingredients over the years, but I keep going back to the original, old-fashioned pot roast. This is comfort food, and going gourmet or exotic doesn't fit that vibe.
