I'm too tired today. So, making Morningstar Chik'n nuggets with homemade peanut sauce over rice noodles with thinly sliced cukes and onion in a homemade slightly sweetened rice vinaigrette. Was going to make this last week, but husband decided he just wanted to eat the chik'n nuggets with tots and a veg.

Are you doing intl version of long distance "Dial a Recipe", as my family likes to refer to it?
