1. I made a Turkey yesterday

We are expecting our first rain in over 40 days of beautiful sun here in the PNW. Fall is in the air and it's the beginning of soup season. I am making Soup. I already have the carcass simmering away with parsley fresh from the garden, onion, carrot salt and pepper. There's still a lot of meat on the bones so I'm expecting to make a very hearty bowl. So the question today is Rice, Noodles or potatoes.

The house is starting to smell...warm.
