I have found the quality of chicken parts to have plummeted over the past year.

Nasty tough skin, tasteless chew meat.

I've got guests in for an extended stay and I broke down and bought my poultry at Whole Foods yesterday. I paid substantially more than what you have here, but I know that it is going to be very, very good.
