Now I have a bunch of duck and goose fat. [View all]

Did Thanksgiving dinner last night. Goose, potatoes, carrots, and mac and cheese. Pumpkin pie for dessert.
What to do?
Goose tacos will get rid of 5 tablespoons for the tortillas.
Looks like confit du canard is on the menue soon.
