Garlicky Crab and Brown Butter Pasta

5. I wish I could afford crabs.

I love scallops, lobster, shrimp, pretty much all seafood. The cheapest crabs around here are $15 a pound. I try to buy dead ones since they are $5 a pound. I get every tiny speck of meat out of them which usually takes about 2 hours per crab. The crabs are freshly dead so they are good to eat. Sometimes they have dead lobsters for $6 a pound. All they need is browned butter and I'm in heaven.
