Yesterday

Half of a ciabatta roll, toasted, with cheese, and a bowl of cherry tomatoes with balsamic glaze and basil.

So call me a copycat. 😼 It sounded good.

In addition, grapes and tangelo‘s mixed together and put on top of cottage cheese. Chia seed on top.

Pot of Earl Grey tea.

The news said we have not had snow like this since 2018! I will go out today and shovel. I like the exercise.
