Later this morning I am planning on finishing the egg bites & vegan sausage combo with hot tea. Orange slices on the side.
My sister is coming for the weekend and asked for beef french onion soup. I have a pound of chuck roast to make beef stock, several pounds of onions to slice to caramelize and Gruyère to grate for the cheese topping.
