Fish-bean stew. I found it as a recipe but mostly developed it myself using ingredients I had on hand, such as the stock.

I used sea bass, cut into 1-inch pieces.

Celery, tomatoes, paprika, oregano, basil. Great Northerns and garbanzos. It also has fresh spinach, capers, and olives.

Of course, with fish--freshly squeezed lemon juice.

On the side, toasted rye bread.

Kombucha: cherry-ginger.
