What's for Dinner, Mon., Jan 19, 2025 [View all]

Mollie Katzen recipe, one of my faves from way back. Cauliflower Cheese pie. It has cheddar cheese, onion, garlic, and lots of herbs. Then eggs and a little milk. This pie is very good with mango chutney, and I just bought some.

It's supposed to have a grated potato crust, but this time I'm using a crust from my freezer because I am trying to use items up.

Kombucha: pear ginger.

Dessert: Hot Earl Grey tea with White Cream/Pumpkin Spice dipped pretzel crisps.
