Green pepper and egg in a spinach wrap. Sriracha to spice it up a bit.

Sweet potato fries w/ketchup.

Emile, I tried the rice bag thing but it didn’t do very well for me. I found the heating pad to deliver much more consistently.

I agree that rest will be the best option.
