What's for Dinner ~ Sunday Feb 17th

I also grew up with a big Sunday meal, generally something that could be put in the oven for a few hours while we were at church.

I was dreaming of pot roast last night, as I have some really good potatoes and carrots. I like to make it on the stovetop with a chinese based broth and cook until it is simply falling apart.

But, that would require DH going to the store relatively soon to get the meat....

so we may have broccoli soup and pork chops or a pork/broccoli stir fry.

We shall see.
