1. My birthday is February 21st but the weather tonight was terrible so we're going out tomorrow....

My friends have suggested (and I quote) "Redfish Anna (sauteed with jumbo lump crab), butter sauce on the side and substitute white truffle rissotto for the garlic mash". Since I've never eaten there I'll take their suggestions and see what happens. I really don't see how that strategy can possibly fail.
