7. I'm roasting a Turkey

I had a craving and I got a good deal on a small organic bird so I figured what the heck. We will probably just pick on this tonight. Tomorrow I'll make the gravy and potatoes and slice and freeze for the next few weeks. I find if I freeze the white meat in broth it stays nice and juicy. So that's the plan. In the meanwhile I'm eating baby squash and trying to restrain myself from finishing it all before the guy gets home.
