15. I knew adobo wasn't right so finally went to the web site

of the restaurant where I'd eaten a kind of mayo-y sauce to on their menu for the condiment I was thinking of. I'm actually thinking of aioli sauce, which is, indeed, kind of mayo-y. The thing is, their aioli sauce is pink, whereas all the aioli sauce photos I found online are white, like actual mayo. So I still don't know what spice they add to make it pink - and which is probably what gives it the flavor I want to duplicate in my kitchen.
