12. Thanks, fizz!

Visited today to check out some things, as had been there once couple weeks ago before submitting application and being accepted.

Tenants still there, packing up, and wanted to check details with them. They're leaving a bunch of stuff for me (GOOD, cause I'm not exactly prepared to furnish an entire house in 1 month,) and was great to walk around the grounds slowly. The house is old, lots of neat, old attributes and defects, and will be fun working through it all and enjoying ALL the rooms with views! Wait til I get a useful camera!
