7. Pan seared pork chop & thin, fried new potatoes. Spiced apple sauce "gravy".

The gravy sauce is apple, ginger, soy sauce, hot sauce, cilantro & some brown sugar all simmered together. Set over night. Off the cuff mix. Will probably set on the side as a dipping sauce 'till I see how it fits.
