3. We love horseradish with sour cream with our roast beef.

A few years back I found fresh horseradish and grated it and mixed it with sour cream... very strong, fresh tasting, needs lots of salt. Now the stuff in the jars is so disappointing. If onions make you cry, watch out for horseradish!!!!

I highly recommend it. We can usually find it at Whole Foods or at the regular stores at holiday time.
