You could also do twins, either duck or capon or even one of each, duck giving you duck fat which is the perfect thing to fry potatoes in. Or you could get really fancy and do one Cornish hen per person.

Nowhere is it written in stone that there has to be one enormous chunk of meat that everybody shares.
