9. It is a litle "brittle?" as it tends to break easely.

I found that if you hold it at softball for 2-3 min. then it gets smoother. I use a triple reciepe to make a 14x 10 pan. That is what I send to our son in Afgan.

In the Corp while overseas in RVN I learned to make "canteen cup fudge". By using the hot chocolate mix with sugar and creamer, and cooking it over a small piece of burning C-4 a pretty fair fudge can be made. And if you don't cook it long enough you have "spoon fudge".
Ah, the good ole days!
