What's for Dinner, St. Paddy's Day, Tues, Mar. 17, 2015 [View all]

I know: corned beef and cabbage. Or Irish stew!

I just made mine; the difference is that I'm taking the vegetables (carrots, potatoes, onions, and cabbage in broth) to campus to a union meeting. Another union member is providing the corned beef. Should be fun!
