12. This is my go to recipe for grilled salmon

Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on it. Then coat it with mayo ( I know it sounds gross, but trust me on this one). Sprinkle it with paprika and throw it on the grill skin side down. When it's done, serve it with capers. The beauty of this recipe is that the salmon never dries out. It stays super moist!
