3. Costco is the only place I'll buy fish in this town

and I buy it frozen. Their frozen fish is much better than other frozen fish because you don't need to wring it out before cooking, the factory trawlers that prepare it and flash freeze it in vacuum sealed bags do a great job.

One way I love to prepare salmon is steaming the fillets Chinese style, topped with a spicy sauce, scallions, and fermented black beans. Otherwise, I'll use the stovetop grill and do as little to it as possible.
