8. I wish I could cook for all of my DU buddies!

I used to be a chemist (well, I guess it's not that I am no longer one...just not doing it as a job). But I've been told all chemists like to cook - and I guess that sure fits me.

Big change is that I don't rely on recipes much any more - just developing an understanding of what we like, and how to make things with the seasonings we enjoy.

Fun stuff, this cooking thing!
