1. I remember the early days of Tofutti

The flavors were great but the texture was a little on the gritty side. Still, it was great stuff for the lactose intolerant and it was nice to have a dish of "ice cream" when everybody else was enjoying it on a hot day.

These days, I just use the real thing whenever I need a laxative.

Still, this recipe sounds tempting, especially the caramelized banana. I don't know why no one ever thought of using coconut oil and cocoa butter for a non dairy ice cream before. I have seen them made with almond milk instead of cashew. The cashew milk would be better.
