Actually, it's spit roasted chicken on the BBQ.

Dad's potatoes: Baby red potatoes cut into bite size pieces, coated in olive oil, then spices, and roasted.

Maybe some veggies that have been hanging around in the fridge and are getting too close to the expiration date.
