My brother sent this to me, as his daughter works at a restaurant in NY state; the author of the article is Chef at that restaurant. My family, that part of it anyway, is 'into' spirituality and awareness.

P.S., my daughter, near me in MD, has a 'kitchen garden,' raises chicks, and is careful that the chicks are fed well and properly. GOOD eggs!
