in Pasadena. The usual suspects were there. The host swore I wouldn't work the menu this time, but in the end - I did. 
I got grill duty. (Which was just fine, so long as my wine glass was full.)
Anyway, it was grilled marinated flat iron steak, pepperonata, and incaciata (ziti and eggplant "pie"
, mixed green salad. . A few appetizers on crostini. Lots of good vino, too.
