21. leg of lamb is not that easy to find

in supermarkets either. i found one once at AJ's back when my mom was alive. it was $55.00 but big enough to cut in half for 2 meals -- it was just 3 of us. my husband passed 5 years ago so it's just me. i don't cook anymore.

saba's mediterrean restaurant on tatum and greenway has shank of lamb cooked in a tomato sauce. i like just plain lamb seasoned with some salt and pepper.

i used to buy lamb chops and cook them in a reynolds plastic bag along with potatoes and carrots. made an interesting meal without pots to clean.
