1. Where's the recipe in print?

I've done my fair share of canning, but I've not tried my hand at fermenting. Somehow I'm daunted by it, though the video suggests that it's a breeze. Can you provide the details? If you do, I have a project this weekend.

Also, the pickles shown in the video are relatively small-ish. Does size matter?
