www.yupitsvegan.com- not easy to c&p this site no bennies to me.
One I'll be trying later this week is Easy Vegan Curry from www.hurrythefoodup.com

I've started using chickpeas, lentils & curries more in my diet b/c of cost and taste. Have fun, there is likely 150,000 diffetent versions & spice/heat levels.
