8. I bought a Kitchenaid pro model mixer. It changed how/what my family eats.

Some five years ago.
No more store bought breads, pastas, pie crusts, deserts, etc.
Now, we are in control of the sugar, salt, fats, etc, that are in our food.
One of the best kitchen purchases I’ve made. Paid for itself many times over, and we eat better and cleaner food too.
