Way back in the 1960'a, I knew nothing about yeast baking, kept trying and having failures. I saved my yeast packets and sent off to get this booklet for free. The best thing about this booklet are the several pages about handling yeast, they proved invaluable. I think I have baked almost every recipe in this little booklet, my booklet has fallen apart from use. I have the recipes for dinner rolls and sweet rolls memorized.

My granddaughter and her husband were trying to make yeast bread and having some problems, I looked on Ebay and found a copy of this booklet and bought it for them for about 8 bucks. They said it has been very helpful to them.

Here is the Name: Fleischmann's Yeast Treasury of Yeast Baking Recipe Booklet It was published in 1962
