I have made it with left over pot roast and even those thin steaks you use to make Philly cheese steak sandwiches.

Next time I want to try one with bbq sauce chicken or pork and corn and black beans.

I keep a jar of chicken and beef gravy in the cupboard for those 'uh oh' situations.
