What's for Dinner, Sat., Jan. 5, 2018 [View all]

We're going for dinner at our friends' house, nearby. She is an excellent cook and is making chicken scarpariello. The RG made a dish to take: ragu sauce with pasta. He already made it and I tasted it: turned out great.

Chicken scarpariello is chicken breasts cooked with wine, an herb, usually rosemary, shallots and garlic.

These people are old friends. We'll have a great time; always do.
