I didn’t much feel like cooking tonight, so I’m making spaghetti and meatballs in my InstantPot. Bag of frozen meatballs, pound of spaghetti noodles, can of crushed tomatoes, two cups of water, and a large jar of Ragu, all cooking for five minutes on high pressure. I’m waiting to find out if I made something edible.
