The recipe we tried out for "Instant Pot Lasagne Casserole" turned out quite well.

Similar to what you describe except that its broken up lasagne noodles rather than spaghetti ones, and you brown ground beef & sausage using the "saute" function before adding the rest and starting the pressure cooker cycle. Then stir in ricotta and shredded mozarella when it's done.

I will say it was better as a leftover, but quite nice as a dinner, too.
