Made the broth from veggies in the crisper and will add a little seasoning. Have a premade asian salad to go with.

Haven’t cooked in a few days. Traveled to see my grand daughters. Had some good meals out however.

One of my fav restaurants in MO does fried tenderloins that melt in your mouth. These are great on a bun with all the fixins but they go over the top as a open faced sammi on bread with mashed potatoes - and gravy poured over all. Omgosh! So fricken good! I had this twice in three days! (On the way from/to the airport. 😋
