Starting off with tomato-eggplant salad with toasted pine nuts and basil on top.

Next up, an Asian seafood noodle dish with flounder and shrimp. Mango seafood rolls that the RG made from scratch.

Roasted carrots in different colors decorate the plate.

p.s. I have pics of the salad but tinypic doesn't want to post them. I keep getting a "message removed" icon.
