4. Fish and asparagus....

Chilled asparagus salad....blanche asparagus to slightly firm with slight bend.....place in ice bath to stop cooking....then dry, chill...honey, dijon mustard, white wine vinegar, vinaigrette with only fresh lemon juice and olive oil, honey, salt pepper....pour over asparagus, shave parmigiana cheese continue to chill until ready to eat...

fresh cod fish, baked in a parchment cartouche about 4 oz per package.......drizzle over fish, lemon juice, olive oil, flaked sea salt, pepper, old bay seasoning, fresh dill, thin slice of an orange...along side of fish add thin slices of red bell pepper, thin slices of shallots.....close up onto package...

bake at 350 oven for 10-15 minutes.
