26. bread with cheezy goodness inside
Mon Mar 26, 2012, 12:27 PM
Mar 2012

I added dried onions and basil and oregano to the dough. 10x18 rectangle, 2 cups shredded cheddar, 1/4 c. Parmesan. roll it up and form into a ring. slice the top about 8 times, rise and bake.
the boys flipped over it
It looked like this, but with cheezy goodness oozing out

on edit, I did the same thing with the apples, cooked them up with cin. cardamom, brown sugar and cornstarch, then spread it out and rolled it up. the filling was still warm and runny so I neglected to slice it, and forgot before I baked it. It was very poofy, and one side split a little, but the basics were sound and it tastes amazing. I just had a leftover piece for breakfast
