4. Coffee so far.

FLFC woke me 5ish howling. I think he had a bad dream. We had coffee and he lay in my arm. We listened to signals on the shortwave radio. FLFC doesn't think much of the English broadcast from North Korea, but liked the music from Cuba.

After he settled down we went back to bed and slept until TJ got home from work.

More coffee now, but it doesn't seem to be waking me up.

Banana and shredded wheat minis with low fat milk next.
