Flatten the chicken to 1/4"
Brush with mayo/dijon/tarragon sauce
slice of provolone
5/6 spears of asparagus
roll up
brush with more mayo/dijon/tarragon sauce
pat on some panko bread crumbs

20 to 25 min at 475
