13. I make a dish that is sort of a meatloaf crossed with a Shepard's pie.

I mix up what I usually use for meatloaf (fake ground beef, onions, peppers, eggs, tomato sauce, tomato paste, bread crumbs, seasoning) add some diced yukon gold potatoes (I dice these and cook them at 375 for 14 minutes before adding them to the mixture). I then put this all in a pie crust and use a glaze made with honey, balsamic, and tomato sauce. It was originally one of those dishes I made because those were the ingredients we had left but it has become a regular meal in our house.
