3 Packages Gardein Beefless tips
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter, divided us
16 oz portobello mushrooms, sliced
2 large sweet onions sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups Merlot
3 cups vegetable broth
Most of a small can tomato paste
1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
1 crumbled bay leaf
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 teaspoon parsley

I add the olive oil, 1 TBSP butter, onions, and mushrooms to a dutch oven on medium heat. Cook them for 8-10 minutes. Add beefless tips and cook for a couple of minutes. Add wine and turn up to high until wine is reduced by half. Turn down to medium. Mix remaining butter with flour and add. Add remaining ingredients. Cook on medium for maybe 20 minutes. Turn down to simmer and I usually let it simmer for a couple hours. You may need to turn up the heat for a little while if the sauce hasn't thicked enough. I serve it over egg noodles. It's one of my favorites.
