What's for breakfast Sun. 15? [View all]

I made my version of migas. Cooked up a pound of fresh made chorizo i got yesterday-it's so lean you have to add a little grease. Chopped up a small onion and 6 jalopeno peppers and sauteed them. A large handful of corn tortilla chips and 6 scrambled eggs. tossed it all together and cook until eggs are done. Serve with shredded pepper jack cheese on top. Feeds 3 hungry people or 4 otherwise.
