And we definitely do SOME baking, but not usually the fancy stuff that requires things like a cake stand. He has a couple of items from his time at cooking school in his tool box, like a real professional piping bag with a variety of metal star tips, etc... but we just don't have the space for a lot of baking equipment when we do it so infrequently
